Commission tosThese are rules/guidelines regarding commissioning me!Please read these thoroughly before requesting a commission.

Design TOS
-My designs MUST stay on toyhouse! Therefore, please do not sell off-site.
-Designs obtained via sale cannot be sold for more than you bought them for, unless extra art was added to it.
-Characters obtained via trade or gift can be sold if extra art was added to them.
-Characters received via gift have no base value, their base value will increase with extra art.
-Due to theft in the past editing my original art is not okay, even with credit given. Please make your own edits on your own lines.
-Once you own it, you may use the design for personal or commercial purposes. All I ask is that I’m given the proper credit.

- Before you commission me, make sure you have a clear digital reference of your character(s).Unless your requesting a custom design commission.-Full usd payment is required upfront, and it must be made through PayPal, Cashapp, or venmo.-A wip will be sent where you can ask for adjustments. you have 3 free major adjustments (character pose, major outfit changes, major design changes) after the 3 free edits are used, each edit will be an extra $3! There are some exceptions, as i have a hard time understanding things, so If its an issue on my end do not worry about it! I will let you know if you owe anything!-Please allow at max, a month of waiting time.-I will not issue a refund if I have already started your commission and sent a WIP. Please be sure that you actually want to commission me.-If you decide to be rude in any way will stop your commission immediately and you will receive a half-refund or a full refund (it depends if I already started the commission).-Please be as clear about your commission as you can be. Use as many details as possible.-The default background that commissions receive is transparent, but a solid color background may be requested.
